I am so glad you found your way here. I am the author of the Control Your Disease and Living With Intention Series. I am a wife, mom, grandmother, nurse, and seeker of new fun and magical adventures. I write about wellness and intentional living so we all can live healthy and within our purpose; living in a life of joy. My mission in life is to help people live a life without regrets, live in the moment, and be all they want to be in the most authentic and innovative manner.
These are the first 3 books in my Living With Intention Series. I am in the final stages of The Money Mindset Formula and it should be released in a few months. I have at least 2 more books planned for this series to include the topics about self-love and resilience but more to come on those topics. My goal for this series is to teach by changing your mind, you change your life. We all have a tendency to get stuck in the monotony of life and “go with the flow” whether we are happy or not. With this series, I teach you to make small changes in your mindset and how you view yourself so you can live within your purpose and live without regrets.

In my Control Your Disease Series, I provide you a quick read to education you about your disease process then provide you with the tools to include sample meal plans, wellness journal, and recipes (coming with second edition) so you can successfully control your disease before it controls you. Many studies have shown that exercise and diet control can do wonders for people with these diseases. If you take the steps to control these things, just a little at a time, you will KNOW you have done all you can to be as healthy as you can be and live a long, happy life. I am currently working on the High Cholesterol book as well as a 90 Wellness Journal.
Just like my nursing career, I am staying busy doing several projects at once.
I am updating the Control Your Disease Series to a second edition which will include better formatting, an updated wellness journal, and feature recipes from some popular bloggers; as well as working on the next installment for High Cholesterol.
